Once a year during the month of December we bring a special offering—one that requires sacrifice and one that builds a legacy for future generations. This offering enables us to take a giant leap forward in fulfilling the big opportunities God has placed before us.
Legacy Offering - Give Now
The Legacy Offering has a twofold purpose: to meet our December budget and to go above and beyond our usual giving. When you give during the month of December, everything that exceeds our operating budget will support these initiatives and Outreach Partners.

At Victory, we are passionate about supporting and investing in the future of our communities. As a multi-site church, we are committed to making a tangible difference where we live, work, and serve. That’s why we’ve chosen to partner with local organizations at each of our seven locations, all of which are focused on empowering and impacting the next generation.
Through our giving, we aim to support initiatives that create lasting change for youth and young people in these neighborhoods. Your generosity helps make this possible. Together, we are strengthening our communities and investing in the leaders of tomorrow.

King of Kings exists to advance God’s kingdom in Israel and the nations by planting congregations, establishing training centers, creating business initiatives, fostering unity in the Body, and birthing local serving ministries that share the Messiah’s love in the power of the Holy Spirit. Through your giving, King of Kings has been able to open six new congregations over the last three years. In the next two years, they plan to open four more, having them serve in fourteen different languages. They’ve also opened a new counseling center and have plans to open two more counseling centers. We’re also partnering with them to produce a worship and creative arts conference for worship leaders in Jerusalem in 2026.

House of Resurrection offers pro bono intensives for pastors in crisis, affordable recovery experiences for men battling pornography and lust, and transformational healing for marriages devastated by infidelity.

Isaiah 54:2 “Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes”.
As a multi-site church, we’re continuously looking for new ways to expand our impact across Lancaster County. That means not only adding new locations, but also reimagining and repositioning some of our current campuses for greater reach and effectiveness. Together, we’re not just growing our church – we’re “lengthening our cords and strengthening our stakes” to help more people take their next steps in their journey of faith with Jesus Christ.
