We all come from different places… different cultures… different walks of life. Each of us carries a story and a history that shaped us. But there’s something greater that unites us: the truth that we belong in God’s family.  Ephesians 1:5 tells us that God chose us. That it delighted Him to adopt us. That’s the beauty of belonging—not just fitting in, but being fully seen, fully loved, and fully part of His family. That’s exactly what we’re celebrating at Reframe 2026.

 

Lisa Harper is a dynamic blend of wit, warmth, and wisdom—equal parts hilarious storyteller and gifted Bible teacher. Known for making theology relatable and deeply personal, she’s spent over 30 years in ministry, including leading Focus on the Family’s national women’s ministry and touring with Women of Faith, where she shared God’s love with more than a million women. A sought-after communicator, author of 17 books, and creator of 10 Bible study video series, Lisa brings Scripture to life with humor and authenticity. But above all her accomplishments, Lisa’s favorite role is being “Missy’s mom”—a title she cherishes since adopting her daughter from Haiti in 2014.

Brooke Martin is an EMMY-winning news anchor turned author and speaker who has transformed her story of loss into one of hope and faith. After 15 years of telling others’ stories, Brooke found herself living one that would forever change her—walking through the heartbreaking diagnosis and loss of her daughter, Emma Noelle. Through her journey, she now helps others discover how life’s fires can refine and restore, bringing new growth and lasting hope. She lives in Zionsville, Indiana with her husband, Cole, and their two children, Max and Marlowe, where they love spending time outdoors and serving at their church, Antioch Indy.

Kate Downing is a Georgia peach by birth who surrendered her life to Jesus Christ as her Savior at a young age. She has a bachelor’s degree in Biblical studies and a masters in religious education. Kate has been serving in Student and Girls Ministry in churches across the country for the last fifteen years. She recently authored a teen girl Bible study called Fighting with Fear.  Through teaching and writing, she loves to help others come to know Jesus and fall in love with God’s Word. She currently serves as the Student Director at BattleCreek Church in Tulsa, OK and works alongside several ministries helping to teach and equip the next generation of ministers of the Gospel (2 Corinthians 5:18).

The Mama of the House, Pam Seaburg, will be guiding us through this beautiful weekend! Pam is married to the Lead Pastor of Victory Church and God has given her the vision for Reframe.

 

 

Who is Reframe for? Reframe Registration is open for all women 6th grade and up. Whether you attend a Victory Church location or not, you are welcome here! Invite a friend to register with you!

How much does Reframe cost? Registration cost is $99. In order to best accommodate our caterers, the cost will increase to $115 as of Monday, February 16. There are also options for online viewing, one-day tickets, VIP Experiences, and more.

Why does the price increase after February 15? We offer lower registration pricing up until 3-4 weeks prior to the event to help us finalize catering and event details. As we approach the event, it’s harder to adjust those numbers, so registration increases to $115 after February 15.

When is the registration deadline? The last day to register is Sunday, March 5, 2026.

Can I donate money towards scholarship tickets? Yes! When you register you will see an option to donate a scholarship ticket. This will go towards the scholarship fund to supply tickets to women who would otherwise not be able to attend Reframe. If you have already registered and wish to donate to the scholarship fund, you can email [email protected] and we will walk you through the process.

Will there be shopping? Yes! We are excited to open The Shops again this year! The shops will have their own area at the conference and feature some amazing vendors. Keep an eye on Instagram as we share our vendor list leading up to the conference.

What food will be available? Free snacks will be provided Friday evening and throughout the day on Saturday. Lunch details will be coming soon. If you have food allergies please designate that on your registration.

I registered but can no longer attend. Is my ticket refundable? Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. If you would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please email [email protected].
