The team at Victory Church exists to help people take the Next Step in their journey of faith with the Lord Jesus Christ!  We desire that everything that we do as we serve in ministry would align with the Biblical values to love God, love people, pursue excellence, and choose joy.  We have a blast together serving Jesus, the people in our tribe, and each other!

Pastor Curt (PC) and Pam Seaburg became the lead pastors of Victory Church in 2006, bringing with them a continued passion for helping people take Next Steps and a dream for helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus. PC envisioned what it would be like to have churches in communities where people could know their neighbors and the needs of their community, and the church’s multi-site vision of One Church, Many Communities was born. He loves to see people live in the purpose and direction that the Lord has planned for them in their life and find that through their relationship with Jesus.

PC and Pam met while in college and their early married life included ministry in worship and youth ministry before becoming lead pastors.  They are blessed with four adult children (Elissa, married to Michael; Kiersten, married to Steve; Courtney, married to Zach; and Drew, married to Noelle) who all love the Lord and serve in the local church.  They are also thrilled to be “Poppie and ZZ” to four of the most beautiful grandkids.  PC loves riding his Harley (even better when Pam rides her Harley with him!), traveling, golf, DIY projects, listening to the Bible Project podcast, working in the yard, and everything Dallas Cowboys!

Bryan Koch

Spiritual Overseer

Bryan’s faith and calling lead him to become an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. He served as Lead Pastor of GT Church for twenty-nine years. In June 2015, Bryan experienced something that would change his life forever when he and his wife were hit by a drunk driver while riding their Harley Davidson motorcycle.  That accident caused him to lose his wife of 28 years and his left leg. Bryan’s faith helped him as he adjusted to a new life as an amputee. He is the co-author of the discipleship book Follow, and the author of I’m All Right, his personal story about his journey from tragedy to triumph.

In April 2021, he retired from pastoral ministry to further share his story through various speaking opportunities as well as to join the Executive Team at Pennsylvania Adult and Teen Challenge as the Vice President of Development. Bryan also does leadership coaching and speaks at churches, colleges, and other organizations.

He enjoys spending time with his three sons and two grandsons. Bryan likes to cook, hunt, watch football and root for the Chicago White Sox.
