The team at Victory Church exists to help people take the Next Step in their journey of faith with the Lord Jesus Christ!  We desire that everything that we do as we serve in ministry would align with the Biblical values to love God, love people, pursue excellence, and choose joy.  We have a blast together serving Jesus, the people in our tribe, and each other!  Victory is led by our Lead Pastor, our Executive Leadership Team, and a non-staff leadership team of Elders and Trustees.

Pastor Curt (PC) and Pam Seaburg became the lead pastors of Victory Church in 2006, bringing with them a continued passion for helping people take Next Steps and a dream for helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus. PC envisioned what it would be like to have churches in communities where people could know their neighbors and the needs of their community, and the church’s multi-site vision of One Church, Many Communities was born. He loves to see people live in the purpose and direction that the Lord has planned for them in their life and find that through their relationship with Jesus.

PC and Pam met while in college and their early married life included ministry in worship and youth ministry before becoming lead pastors.  They are blessed with four adult children (Elissa, married to Michael; Kiersten, married to Steve; Courtney, married to Zach; and Drew, married to Noelle) who all love the Lord and serve in the local church.  They are also thrilled to be “Poppie and ZZ” to two of the most beautiful grandkids, Harper and Ben.  PC loves riding his Harley (even better when Pam rides her Harley with him!), traveling, golf, DIY projects, listening to the Bible Project podcast, working in the yard, and everything Dallas Cowboys!

Bryan Koch

Spiritual Overseer

Bryan was a professional baseball player in the Chicago White Sox organization before being hit with a 90 mile an hour fast ball that blinded him in his left eye and ended his baseball career.

Call to Ministry
Bryan received his call to ministry while studying business at Mount Vernon Nazarene in Ohio, where he also met his wife Lynn. Prompting from God led Bryan and Lynn to transfer to Bible college and eventually get married. After completing their studies, Bryan got licensed as an Assemblies of God Pastor and returned to Reading, Pennsylvania where he and Lynn started their family. After a few years back in Reading, Bryan accepted a job at Glad Tidings Church. In 2013 Bryan, Lynn and their three sons celebrated 25 years of ministry at that same church. Bryan continues to serve as the Lead Pastor of GT Church in Reading, Pennsylvania.

June 7, 2015 – Forward
In the summer of 2015, Bryan experienced something that would change his life forever when he and his wife, Lynn, were hit by a drunk driver while riding their motorcycle. That accident caused him to lose his wife of 28 years and his left leg. Drawing on his incredible life experiences, Bryan communicates with an authentic, open style that allows him to be transparent and real with people. Most of all, he is able to share about his unwavering faith that has taught him that if God brings you to it, He will bring you through it. In addition to leading a church of over 3,000, Bryan is the co-author of the discipleship book Follow and is also a frequent conference speaker, specializing in coaching churches in leadership development. However, Bryan’s true passion is helping people become fully devoted followers of Jesus.
