Curt and his wife Pam have four adult children and he is "Poppy" to their two beautiful grandchildren. His leadership style focuses on providing a life-giving church where people discover their purpose and then are equipped to make a difference in their sphere of influence. Victory Church has grown from a couple hundred people that met in one location, to a multi-site church that is impacting 1000's of people throughout Central PA. He and Pam have served in full-time ministry since 1987 as youth pastors, worship leaders and now the Senior Pastor of Victory. His educational background includes both Valley Forge University and Northpoint College.
Pam has served along side her husband, Pastor Curt, all of their married lives. She is passionate about connecting people to opportunities to engage and serve local and global missions and grow closer to the heart of our Father. Pam shares a love for all things adventurous, including motorcycle rides and bicycle rides but the greatest adventure of raising four fantastic grown children and being "Grammzie" to her grandkids!

Rick was raised in Lancaster County and has spent time in Minnesota, California, and Colorado. He has a heart for connecting people into the community of the church and helping people take their NEXT STEP in their relationship with Jesus. Rick has been part of the leadership team of our first multi-site campus since the beginning. In 2011, he graduated with a Bachelor degree from Lancaster Bible College. He’s involved in his community of Lititz. He and his wife, Ginger have four adult children. Rick is a big fan of the Denver Broncos and Philadelphia Phillies, and because of his some of his kids' college choice...a Tennessee Volunteer fan by default!
Pastor Steve (aka "Crutch") has been invested in passionately building the local church, along with his wife Kim, for 20+ years. They, along with their two children Moriah and Hudson, love being part of the Victory Tribe. While Steve is a passionate fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide, he also strongly supports all Philadelphia sports teams. He loves music, creativity, sipping coffee and tea, playing Disc Golf, and just hanging out with others. Steve received a degree in Pastoral Ministry from Southeastern University.
Originally from Chester County, Becky graduated from Millersville University with a Master's Degree in Math Education and settled in East Petersburg with her husband, Tim and two sons. Becky has served as a high-capacity volunteer for years before October 2016 and then joining the staff team as Pastor Rick's Executive Assistant. She loves serving on the team and seeing NEXT STEPS taken everyday! Outside of Victory, she's an active mom to Sean and Ty.
Amanda was born and raised in Lancaster County. After graduating from Penn State University, she married Mark and they started their family in State College, PA. They attended a local church where they helped launch the youth center for teens in the valley. After returning to Lancaster to be closer to family, they started attending Victory Church and helped launch the Columbia Campus and Strasburg Campus. She and her husband Mark were married in 2010 and have 3 children, Mary Jo, Aaron, and Grace. She is excited to help people take the NEXT STEP in their journey with Jesus Christ.
Pastor Joel was born and raised in Florida in the home of a pastor, the youngest of five and the only boy. He has been married to Angela since 1991 and they have two sons – Bryson and Colin. Nurturing a strong relationship with his family is one of the things he values the most, making their interests a high priority while helping them to pursue their dreams. Loving is wife and leading his family is his greatest ministry opportunity. Joel and Angela are passionate about connecting people to Jesus and each other. They count it a privilege to walk with individuals and families in journey. In the middle of a broken world they look to help people experience the reality of an intimate relationship with God so that they can achieve the life He designed for them.
Born and raised in Lancaster County, Tim joins the team after 15 years of extensive experience in both Florida and Georgia. With early experience as a concert violinist, he has since become an accomplished Worship Leader, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and a creative with a heart for developing others to use the arts for HIS Kingdom! Tim and his wife Melissa are proud parents to three children: Owen, Layla, and Annalies. Tim’s passion is the local church and looks forward to serving the tribe!
Jason comes to Victory with 11 years of experience directing children’s ministries. Most recently he and his family were serving in Kenya, developing a ministry to care for orphans. Jason has a Bachelor of Science degree in Church Ministries from Southeastern University. He and his wife, Amy, have been married for 12 years and have two children, Jayden (10) and Aubrey (8). Jason is excited about returning to local church ministry here at Victory and in the Lancaster community. Jason enjoys NASCAR racing, playing golf, watching movies, and spending time with family.
Elissa joins our team with multi-site church experience serving on the team of GT Church most recently. She graduated from Central Bible in 2012 with a degree in Contemporary Worship Leadership. Elissa and her husband Michael are the proud parents to their pride and joy, Harper, born this past February. Elissa's love for worship, love for people, and love for the local church makes her excited to begin serving…”at home” here at Victory
Amy was born and raised in Lancaster County. She worked in higher education for fifteen years where she developed a fervent heart for ministry and missions. Amy and her husband Steve share a passion for missions and spent many years training young adults for missions along with leading teams to foreign countries. She feels called to love people and live with inspiration. Amy Joined Victory Church in 2018 with a desire to wholeheartedly be an agent of life transformation to people. She thrives in helping people discover their God-given gifts and search for their purpose as they bring honor to God and service to their community. Amy has a background in youth ministry and counseling as well as Christian leadership. She also is a life coach and is a credentialed minister, speaker and educator. Amy has always been a world-changer and enthusiastic about bringing hope to the hopeless that she felt called to start a non-profit to create awareness and fight against human trafficking and exploitation. Her work with human injustice in Chile and Nicaragua have provided powerful serving opportunities that have changed people’s lives. Amy and Steve are blessed with two young adult sons and one spunky little girl.

Jason was born and raised in Lancaster County. He graduated from Alvernia University in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Jason and his wife, Adrea have been attending Victory since 2014 and have a daughter named Avery. Outside of work he enjoys watching football, tinkering with electronics, and spending time with his family.
Seth has been attending and volunteering at Victory Church since its beginning. He graduated from Hempfield High School in 2011 and currently resides in Lititz with his wife Abby and his three kids William, Daniel, and Audrey. Seth serves Victory as the IT Director. Seth has a passion for teaching others how to faithfully serve God in the tech ministry and feels blessed to do so for a living.
Adam graduated from Northern Lebanon H.S. He then moved to the great state of Ohio where he was afforded some of the most valuable training of his life. He was mentored by studio and live sound engineers, as well as a song writer of the highest caliper. During this time, Adam began working for a church that was in the beginning stages of multi-site ministry. Adam also worked for a regional production company and an international installation company.
I hail from Lancaster, Pennsylvania and have been with Victory Church for 5 years. My passion is creatively sharing the Gospel. My wife Jaclyn and I have a 3-year-old son named Hosea and we love doing ministry as a family! My life verse is John 12:32 where Jesus said, “and if I, even I, be lifted up, I will draw all men to myself.”
Brielle was born and raised in Lancaster County. After graduating from Warwick High School in 2008 she began working at Sight and Sound Theatres. In 2012 God called her to attend the Musicians Discipleship Training School with YWAM in Denver, CO. She traveled oversees with the school to serve in Thailand and Cambodia. Some of her favorite moments included, getting to teach children English and playing games with them. After the completion of school in 2013 she returned home to PA where she began working at Sight and Sound Theatres, (again) as a Project Manager. She started dating the love of her life and married her best friend, Derek, in 2015. They have been married for over two years and have been attending Victory ever since they returned from their honeymoon. Brielle currently serves with the High School youth group, Unite, and is very excited to bring her passion for people, children’s ministry, and relationship building to the team at Victory.
Nancy calls Lancaster home and after her husband Andrew’s duty in the Air Force caused them to move from the area, she’s now back home and back at Victory. Nancy helped volunteer with the tech team in the early days of our Lititz Campus followed by serving as the Tech Director at our Strasburg Campus. Her positive and outgoing personality make her a great piece to our Victory team! Nancy, her husband Andrew, and two baby girls, Jade & Skye are excited to be apart of the team at Victory!
Maddy comes from a small farm in New Providence, Lancaster County where she was born and raised. She is a 2017 Solanco High School graduate and a former YMAM’er. She is also an assistant instructor at the Lancaster Board and Brush studio.
Born and raised in Lancaster County, Linda graduated from Manheim Township High School. She started at Victory in March 2003. Linda has over 25 years of experience in the business world, including many years as our Office Manager. Linda has a heart for people and will be the first voice that you hear when you call in to our offices every day!
Emily was born and raised in Lancaster County. After graduating high school, God called Emily to serve for 1 year with YWAM. She ministered across the United States and overseas in Albania. Emily then returned home and began working at Sight and Sound Theaters as a Stage Technician where unbeknownst to her she would meet the love of her life and now husband, Adam (also on staff). Emily brings knowledge from many different fields and an array of job experiences including Visual Merchandising, Early Childhood Education, and Business Ownership. She possesses an Associates from the Art Institutes in Business and her hobbies include Fashion, DIY projects, and spending time with family. Emily and Adam have one daughter named Lucy who God blessed them with in 2014 and they currently reside in Ephrata.
Jeremiah was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. which makes him an avid Ravens and Oriole's fan. His biggest heart's passion is to see students come to know Jesus and take their NEXT STEP in their relationship with Him. Jeremiah graduated from Lancaster Bible College in 2004 and has been working with students for over 10 years. While at LBC, he met his wife Nicky and they have two beautiful kids- Essy and Trey. As a couple, they are passionate about foster care and adoption and it's become a huge part of their family's story.
Pastor Paul and his wife Patty are excited about being a part of Victory Church. While Paul grew up a Pittsburgh fan in every sport; he also follows the Yankees and is a supporter of the Nittany Lions. He considers himself a sermon and podcast junkie and enjoys being a lifelong learner. He enjoys golf and racket sports.

Pastor Brett is no stranger to Quarryville, he spent his entire life in the area until he was 21 when he headed south to Piedmont Bible College in Winston-Salem, NC. That’s where he met his wife Dawn. They spent 2 years in NC before moving back to Quarryville, PA to start a church and Shiloh Tabernacle was born. Almost ten years later Shiloh Tabernacle merged with Quarryville Community Fellowship, a beautiful picture of how the the body of Christ is better together, and Shiloh Community Fellowship has been growing ever since. Brett and Dawn have been married 21 years and have two boys, Jonathon, 18 and Jordan, 15, and they have been pastoring in the Quarryville area for 19 years. They are so excited to be joining the Victory Church family as they continue to share the gospel and love Quarryville.
